Great staff márcio
I’d like to give a special mention to Márcio, who made my stay truly exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his warm, professional attitude made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Excellent hotel in staff with a great location in Barcelona. They can you helped us arrange several trips and was very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. The architectural was very good with lots of artwork. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect location and lovely staff and amenities!
This place was first class. Lovely rooms and great people working there in the heart of downtown Barcelona almost everything is walkable and only about eight blocks or so from the beautiful Sagrada Familia!. start our longest for us when we got in and we left early in the morning and they had a lovely box breakfast prepared for us to go ahighly recommend

Claris Hotel
Well located for sightseeing & shopping & many cafes & restaurants! Easy taxi ride from train station Barcelona Sans to hotel. Hotel room was spacious, very comfortable, mini bar complimentary & staff very responsive to any needs or requests! Definitely go to rooftop for bite to eat or just for view of city! Def recommend, clean comfortable, amazing staff, great attention to all your needs. Loved the little candy bar, drink station in the lobby.

We can't say enough great things about the beautiful hotel and the absolutely AMAZING staff that pampered us, spoiled us and treated us like family! You made our stay so special and wonderful!!! The property is amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the egg/omelette maker NAILED it!! SOOOOO yummy!!! The Bellmen, Ruben, Oscar and Dennis went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, including getting us cabs, giving us great recommendations, holding our luggage, opening our doors, pouring us Cava and always greeting us with friendly smiles!! Special thanks to the sweet girls, Lluna and Ornella that spoiled us with the most amazing room and a bottle of Cava and delicious Chocolates!! AMAZING!!! Alvin Theodore at breakfast was also over the top and so kind and was so attentive to anything we might need!! To all the other staff including the concierges, cleaning crew and rooftop servers, THANK YOU!!! You made our stay one we will always remember and cherish!! We stay at a lot of Hotels, and this one tops the charts!! We will never stay anywhere else if we are lucky enough to travel to Barcelona again!! You guys are the BEST!! We had a wonderful 5 nights at the Hotel Claris in Barcelona and enjoyed every minute of it...The staff went out of their way to tend to our every need. The service they showed far surpassed the service I have experienced at many five-star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel!
