Claris Hotel

At check-in, I was told by one employee that I had a €200 hotel credit usable toward the spa or restaurants. I confirmed this with another employee, who stated the credit would be applied at checkout. I was also given a €25 spa discount voucher. Relying on this information, I spent €180 at the spa and over €150 at the hotel restaurant. At checkout, the €200 credit was not applied, and the €25 spa voucher was also not honored. The employee handling checkout said there was no such credit on my reservation and assured me he would follow up, but no follow-up ever occurred. Additionally, although the reservation was made in my name, the hotel changed the booking to my husband’s name upon check-in without my consent. This was inappropriate and unacceptable. While the stay itself was pleasant, these issues left a very bad impression. The representations made to us directly influenced our spending decisions, and I feel misled. This is not the level of service I would expect. I will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

The rooms’s space, comfort, and layout were large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tight but functional. Concierge, doormen, and front desk were all helpful.

It was a great staying in the holet Clarins. Great testy breakfast and very pleasant service 👌🏻 Nice room. so recommend it

Hotel Claris Barcelona Out standing hotel! Best possible location, 2 minutes walk from the entrance of the hotel to "Passeig de Gracia", major shopping street with hundreds of shops, of all brands including international chines. The rooms are very large, comfortable double beds, and an excellent mattress. Rooms are very clean A large bathroom including shower, Jacuzzi & Sona! Two large sinks soft Towles plus amenities. The front desk staff are very professional, polite & helpful. The bellboys are very helpful and polite, Especially Oscar, who deserves extra thanks & compliments, for the wonderful service he gave us with our lugged & concierge services. Big Shapo to Oscar! No doubt that we will be coming again soon to stay at the Claris Hotel Barcelona!

Everything was amazing. The staff is kind and so hard working. Ruben was extremely helpful. The hotel is very nice and has great proximity to everything. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the drinks were perfect.
