This was the best customer service from any hotels we have stayed in. If you want to be treated like a King or Queen this is your place. The hotel has charm, from the trim and furniture of the lobby to Chandelier in your room. Air condition was great , rainfall shower head was awesome. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed are stay. You will not regret picking this hotel. Only thing I wasn't thrilled with , was both bars. Everyone was friendly but they seemed overwhelmed when they didn't need to be

Stunning
We only had time to go in for a drink last night and hotel & bar is stunning. Absolutely fantastic service and Fabio who served us at the bar was so informative about the history. Extremely friendly and relaxed environment. The entrance down to the bar is beautiful and everything pristine.

Phenomenal service and experience
My wife booked here for two nights before cruise. I am usually on the cheap side and would not go five stars. This place was five stars. Everyone was so Nice and accommodating. Breakfast was phenomenal. We arrived with a welcome note and sparkling wine and chocolate. The concierge sent us complimentary desserts our first night. They also sent a special July fourth treat. Everything was over the top and exceeded expectations

World Class and affordable.
This hotel is a world class , 5 star hotel. The staff, room and all facilities are perfect. As an American, this hotel would be a minimum of $1200 per night in any major U.S. city. I look forward to returning.
