Excellent and very attentive staff.
We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was excellent as well as the hotels location. We stayed in a Superior King room. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Really liked the design/set up of the room. We would stay there again.

Great hotel in one of the best Barcelona locations
I really enjoyed my three-night stay at the Grand Central in November. The hotel has a superb location in one of the best tourist locations in all of Barcelona. Within a 20 minute walk of many attractions, including the partial original Roman wall that surrounded the city, beautiful historic and architecturally stunning buildings, and numerous side streets for strolling and picture taking, as well as shops, restaurants, the pier, etc. It truly is an incredible location. The hotel is first class all the way. A beautiful lobby with a great lobby bar, restaurant and comfortable plush chairs for seating. And an added plus, a very cool rooftop bar and pool with stunning views of the city. Unfortunately, it was much to cool to enjoy the pool, but I did have a drink or two at the bar when weather permitted. The standard rooms are a bit small but certainly adequate and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a large bathroom, which was appreciated. My only minor complaint was the lack of a desk I could use with my laptop, but there was a small coffee type table that worked along with plenty of electrical sockets, so not ideal but it worked. I don't spend all that much time working anyway, but for a business traveler I think this would be an issue. Overall, a very high quality hotel, in a near perfect location, with attentive staff, super clean and comfortable rooms and fun and lively lobby bar. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Barcelona Hotel
Love this hotel! Upon checking in you are offered a glass of champagne! What a welcome! The rooms are wonderful and quiet. Breakfast buffet was perfect . Hotel is in a perfect location.
