Solid hotel in a great location.
Really great hotel - newly renovated, central location in Gothic Quarters. Rooms are new/ clean- great rooftop. We had a cleaning issue in our room and the manager promptly took care of it. Most of the staff is very friendly - some of the rooftop staff has major attitude/ like they are obliging you getting you a sun bed at the time you already reserved - but overall - i would stay here again.

Not a five star hotel !
Well located . Clean hotel rooms , rooms are very dark . Air conditioning not cold enough . Lifts are horrendous . Roof top pool always full of pigeons , not hygienic . Have to reserve beds . Bar staff incredibly rude , last orders at 11.30pm if you ask for a drink after that forget it ! This is not a 5 star hotel , way off ! Breakfast pretty decent and reception staff lovely . Wouldn’t stay again regrettably .

Beautiful hotel. Very spacious and wonderful establishment. The staff and management are very lovely, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful. It’s in a great location as well, right in the city. The rooftop bar and pool is chill and relaxing. The whole facility and rooms are always clean and welcoming.

The best two wait staff we have ever experienced! FRANCO and JOY were exceptional!! If you book this hotel just for the rooftop wait staff it is WORTH IT! Kind, friendly, respectful, fun…. Amazing.
