Hotel Arts Barcelona

An amazing hotel Perfectly located along Barcelona’s waterfront. Next to the Olympic Port. Which has a lovely restaurant precinct on the water (we loved Eldelmar) The hotel staff are wonderfully friendly and make you feel special. We will most definitely stay at this amazing hotel during our next Barcelona visit

The property itself is beautiful, but the service did not fully meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Housekeeping did not change the pillowcases daily, and while the female staff members were consistently welcoming and attentive, one worker at the front desk neither greeted us nor offered assistance, even when unoccupied. His manner seemed selective, which left us feeling overlooked. On a positive note, the breakfast team was outstanding, and the valet service was excellent. For these reasons, I rated the hotel 4 stars. However, we ultimately moved to the Mandarin after a few nights, as we did not feel sufficiently valued during our stay.

This hotel was perfection. Stayed 5 days. The view was the best view we’ve ever had in a hotel (including Shard in London). Had an executive suite in 24th floor with city and harbor views and it was magnificent. We had la Sagrada Familia in front of us and on the side we could see the cruise ships and the beach. The air conditioning was perfect. Room felt cool even at noon with full summer sun coming in. Every morning we had breakfast in room and it was perfect. Issues we had: we arrived by Sixt rental car from Bilbao and according to Sixt you can drop car there, as we were not planning to use car anymore I told valet that we were done with Car and return it to Sixt. Two days later I had not gotten confirmation from Sixt so decided to check and they had not returned it. Had to explain to valet several times what was supposed to happen, but we were not charged extra by Sixt so apparently the hotel was able to fix that mix up. But on checkout we were charged for parking for 3 days, I had to explain situation again the charges €50 a day, were removed. Totally would come back and we’re planning to take a cruise out of Barcelona next year and will definitely stay here again.

It is our second time in The Arts, Barcelona. The most important thing is that if you are 4 with 2 children, it doesn't matter how old they are - you need to get 2 rooms. But the rooms are very big and in every room there is a big sofa. But unfortunately, it is hotel politics. So finally we booked 2 rooms for our family and the view of the renewed corner room was amazing. We saw every part of Barcelona from our window :)❤️ The breakfast was good, and additionally, you can order whatever you want from the menu, but it is also included in ur breakfast. Every afternoon in the lobby, there are waiters that can offer you some cheese, hammon,bread, or olives if you want, and also champagne and juice. There are 2 police cars in the door of the hotel and casino, so it is very safe there,I think. The hotel has its pool so you can swim and relax there,also after 6, although service is finishing at 6. We enjoyed our 4 days in The Arts. Hope will be back again. ❤️❣️💘

Exceptional hotel from the friendly service to the stunning rooms. We found it very hard to fault. Whilst some of the facilities are under renovation this has not impacted the hotel at all. The rooms really were perfect in every way from the stunning design to the views across the city. Will be back!
