Hotel Arts Barcelona

Our connecting flight was canceled due to bad weather, and we ended up with an unexpected stay in Barcelona. We arrived at Hotel Arts without a reservation after a long flight from the States, completely exhausted—especially with our 7-year-old. All we wanted was to shower and rest. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by the valet and bellman. While my husband was getting the room sorted, the staff was incredibly kind to our daughter—they made her a cute room key bracelet and gave her a box of chocolates. That small gesture meant so much after such a stressful day of travel. The staff was lovely and took care of us right away, and they gave us a beautiful room. What could have been a miserable, exhausting night turned into a comforting, memorable stay because of how we were treated. This is true hospitality—human, warm, and thoughtful. We’re incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel Arts offers stunning sea views and a modern design that feels bright and open, and I especially enjoyed how the combination of beach proximity and high level service created a relaxing yet sophisticated experience.

This is a wonderful hotel. Exceptional attention to detail. I had a club room which was well worth the extra. The staff in the club were highly professional and attentive to my every request. Well located hotel, with easy access to the beach for a swim. I was able to get an uber to nearby attractions and markets very easily. I will be back. I love this hotel. The room was very clean and beautifully appointed. Notably, this hotel has fresh flowers in vases placed in key areas around the hotel every day - it is absolutely beautiful.

Everything about the Hotel Arts was wonderful. Just wonderful. 5 stars. I have stayed in 50+ 5 star hotels over the years and this was one of the very best. The staff service was off the charts - positive, attentive and kind. They knew my name after one day. They kept asking us "how can we help - what can we do to make your stay better"! Our suite 2601 was huge and to boot, they advised that the suite was ready at 11 am - early - making us very happy. No waiting. A BIG DEAL: The AC in the room was adjustable and we kept our room - cold. A big deal for European hotels where some hotels control your thermostat. Great location overlooking the water. And overlooking Frank Gehry's fish. I will be back on our next Barcelona trip. Thanks to the great staff.

We had the most incredible experience at Hotel Arts Barcelona. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt truly special. The team went above and beyond to make this birthday weekend unforgettable, with thoughtful amenities and so much personal care.
