Hotel Miramar Barcelona

The views are to the sea a very good, but half the rooms look to the back with no views at all... We booked this hotel for two nights in an intinerary through Cataluña, and paid over 500 euros per night, they did not have the room type we booked and we're downgraded... Construction work in the hotel (they told us it would be another 5 or 6 months!!!) Meant there were workers, much noise and dust... As the spa is closed we went to the outdoor pool which was filthy. The breakfast buffet had very basic choice, the cold was warm and the hot dishes like warm, everything sitting there all morning so not fresh made

It may be would sound unusual to read an opinion by a person who is from Barcelona but I know Hotel Miramar very well as many of my froreing friends have been there during their trips to Barcelona. Without doubt, it is the most recommendable hotel in the city for many reasons: unique location and magificient views, silence, privacy, 100% comfortability, high standing services in all respects, and bove all the human qualities of the personnel. Hotel Miramar is even more attractive and fascinating than the Barcelona itself.

HOTEL TERRIBLE Y CARO Hemos pasado dos dias con mi novia en plan romantico... un horror de principio a fin. Nos hicieron esperar hasta las 5 de la tarde para entrar en la habitación, aunqie El hotel parecia vacio. El hotel esta de OBRAS, nadie de la recepcion nos pudo decor cuando se acabarian... El spa cerrado, la comida del restaurante fria insipida y pesima seleccion en El restaurante y en El bar, El desayuno muy basico Los dos dias. El personal necesita formacion y dirección. La habitación no estaba limpia, en especial la ducha. Cuando preguntamos por El director nos dijeron que no hay.

Tuve la suerte de alojarme en este hotel para pedir la mano de mi pareja. Todo fue absolutamente perfecto, y esto en gran parte gracias a Daniel, quien organizó este momento con una creatividad y una reactividad excepcionales. Sus ideas y su implicación hicieron que esta propuesta fuera aún más especial. En cuanto a la habitación, el trabajo del equipo dirigido por Yariella merece ser destacado. Su atención al detalle es impecable, cada elemento fue cuidadosamente pensado para ofrecer una experiencia inolvidable. Un servicio más que meticuloso que marca la diferencia.

Outstanding experience! In all means! They are good! Visited Barcelona during my wife's birthday - they surprised us with cava and cake! To be honest - I stayed there 10 years ago (fantastic experience) and I knew what to expect. The spa was closed due to renovations (but this was not the surprise as it was told by hotel website when I did the reservation) and indoor swimming pool was a bit cold compared to what I remembered but such small things did not shadow the overall great staff! Great people! And, of course, fantastic location!
