Luxury, style, and comfort in old Barcelona
The hotel is in in a lovely ancient building with stylish modern updates, convenience, and comfort. The breakfast is hearty and delicious with very fresh local delicacies, fruits, and breads. The staff is impeccable— multilingual, immensely helpful (especially Tomas, from Haiti, whose wit and charm immediately puts one at ease) The front desk staff were always kind and helpful. Many thanks for a wonderful visit that was far too brief!

Good place to stay in Gothic Village
Everything is great about the place; especially their staff at reception; Tataianni helped us a lot, even the gentleman that we checked in with; the other girl twin sister of Tatianni was also very friendly; Thoma the doorbell guy .. all the staff was wonderful, also a gentleman that helped us to get to our taxi on the day we checked out Breakfast was also good.. thank you for your great services and wonderful staff..we had a issue as our taxi driver ( Irfan/ Ahmed ) on our way from airport just dropped us on middle of the street stating the taxi won’t go their.. even when he spoke with hotel manager their is a closer place to hotel where he can drop us but he didn’t listen at all that was out worst experience .. keep in mind that these type of taxi drivers are lazy and unfriendly .. try to book your taxi through hotel if you want door to door service.. or else be ready to walk with your luggage.. also their is a school right behind the place you would hear the kids playing during day tine as they use the square as school play ground.. try to contact hotel before you get their to a oils such issues .. Entire staff thank you for helping us, thank you Tatiana for guiding us where to get good food and planing our stay in Barcelona

Hotel Neri - truly a gem hidden in the gothic quarter of Barcelona.
Our stay at Hotel Neri was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous, clean and very well appointed. The staff was welcoming and help to make our stay (though short) truly memorable. Thomas took such special care of us during our stay in Barcelona.
