Hotel Neri

Hotel Neri is a hidden jewel, a beautiful stone structure in the heart of the most walkable part of Barcelona for tourists, the Gothic quarter. Our stay was so very lovely and practical. Upon arrival, we had an exceptional greeting by Thomas, who assisted us throughout our stay, and made our stay so very delightful with his sense of humor and graciousness. As you enter the hotel, everything is warm and inviting, yet austere and quiet. Not only Thomas, but the entire staff was very helpful with reservations, suggestions, room service, etc. We had a breakfast tray delivered to our room most mornings, which was bountiful, nourishing spread of freshly squeezed juices, breads, jams, fruits, yogurt. The bread always arrived warm and the pineapple/ginger/lime juice was the best juice I have ever had. I will be dreaming about those sips. Also had dinner one evening in the restaurant...very abundant tapas portions of the highest quality ingredients. Our room was simple yet elegant. We absolutely loved the powerful rain shower and small details such as the artisan hand soap and body wash. Our bed was dreamily comfortable and generally the roomy remained very quiet, despite overlooking a popular square. We did a ton of walking to see the city, and it was nice to have the magnificent Cathedral de Barcelona as a landmark just 2 minutes from the hotel. This was our first time to Barcelona and staying at Hotel Neri was one of the highlights. We loved the city and the people and intend to visit again in the future...and stay at Hotel Neri. Cannot recommend enough!

My family of 4 were lucky enough to stay at Hotel Neri from 30-2nd Jan 2026. Our stay was absolutely perfect. This hotel is magical, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous (We stayed in Apartment 2) the bed and shower were both heaven. Unfortunately the sofa bed wasn’t the best but everything else made up for it. Breakfast at the hotel is quite possibly the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! The location is 10/10 and in the most beautiful quiet part of the gothic quarter. We must make a very special mention to our incredible concierge Thomas! Thomas you are one of a kind, the most warm, caring and attentive concierge. Nothing is too much for you and you will always go above and beyond to make sure your guests get the absolute best service. Hotel Neri is very lucky to have you. All the best, your Aussie Friends

There were no surprises or deficiencies at this hotel. The staff is so professional and attentive. It is in a very quiet area that was safe to walk in the evening. There was a minor annoyance with the rug over the carpet by the couch bulging into high ridges. It should be secured so no-one trips

This is a wonderful boutique hotel at an incredible and special property. The room was modern with touches of historical charm, and the staff were warm and helpful. The onsite restaurant had delicious food options as well. This is exactly what I was seeking for my holiday.

This was the best trip yet to the Hotel Neri. We have stayed here 7 times and already booked our trip for 2026. The hotel is in a perfect location and the apartments have everything you need for a longer stay. The staff is remarkably helpful. We had a minor emergency that they helped us through and their flexibility on some scheduling was amazing. The restaurant is a hidden gem. While the location is central, it is surprisingly quiet. Housekeeping arrives every day and brings a small treat.
