Wonderful Vacation
We had a great time in Barcelona. The hotel is very nice and the staff went above and beyond on many levels. Our suite was spacious, modern and beautiful; was a perfect vacation.

You can't go wrong at the Grand Hyatt
The Grand Hyatt has an excellent location. Only 15 minutes from the airport, which was a very quick ride. And a 5-minute walk to the tram, bus, and metro you can get anywhere in the city quickly. The hotel is older, but well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is OUTSTANDING with one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. They need more papaya. The rooms are on the smaller side, but exceptionally beautiful and functional.

Doesn’t live up to Hyatt standards
As many other reviews state, we had a very negative experience with the staff and guest experience at this hotel. While the room itself looks nice, many features were broken in our room and any requests for assistance would take very long wait times from staff. The staff seemed incredibly disorganized and were unhelpful and unfriendly during the check in process.

Decent stay outside busy barcelona city centre
The stay was good but the restaurant didnt had enough food choices for vegetarian & Indian people & their food choices as all the 3 restaurants didnt had many veg food options

Poorly trained and prepared staff
Stayed two nights and first night was 0 / Terrible experience. It was during El Clasico and staff were overwhelmed, felt untrained, and unprepared for the full capacity hotel which was disappointing. I arrived at 3:30 PM and did not get into my room till 5:00 PM, check-in is at 3:00 PM. My room service experience was horrible, in short I did not received my food and went to sleep on an empty stomach. On day two the hotel redeemed themselves from 1 to a 2. The rooms are large and comfortable which was nice and made all the mistakes bearable for two nights.
