I had an amazing stay at Hotel Mercer Barcelona—the staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Their hospitality and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter was perfect, allowing easy access to the city's main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The blend of historic charm and modern comfort created a beautiful atmosphere, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The team at Mercer hotel has always been, and continues being absolutely SPECTACULAR!! They will go above and beyond to make you feel special and to provide you with a unique experience. We had to manage a rental car and EVERYBODY have gone the extra mile plus to help us with it and manage it. My wife sent in one occasion "I feel like a rock star" given the amount of people and attention dedicated to us. It is an EXCEPTIONAL hotel to enjoy Barcelona!!

Our stay at Mercer Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the time we arrived to the moment we checked out, the level of service was consistently great and personalized. We arrived quite early into Barcelona and the staff were kind enough to get us into our room as quickly as they could control. They prepared a wonderful Togo breakfast and coffees for us the day we had an early morning tour and saw that we were taken care of when our departure transfers arrived a bit late. The rooms are beautifully simple, comfortable and spacious with cozy lounge spaces to enjoy, as well. The rooftop views are an added treat! Shoutout to Mauro, Claire, Lucas, Andrea & Erik for ensuring we enjoyed every moment. If we find ourselves back in Barcelona, we won’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you 🙂

I felt like home everyone so so nice and friendly especially Luka & Andree, they help us with our bags when they got lost at the airport and recommended for us very good places to party. Definitely coming back here. If you want a good drink ask for Hesham, he’s the coolest guy.
