Best hotel in Barcelona , nice staff fine dining great location
Best hotel for me in Barcelona , I have been visited Barcelona several times with several hotels but this hotel monument hotel for sure the best , well decorated rooms , great view , great location variety of dining option including halal menu few steps for most of luxurious and restaurants also will not forget the staff there they are really nice welling to help in everything strongly recommend this hotel

Paradise in Paradise
The hotel itself is beautiful in a prime location. Yhe food and service in all the restaurants were first class. The staff throughout the hotel were perfectly trained and very kind. Our favorite was room service with a beautiful table , hot rolls and sweets, perfectly sliced and decorated .fruits, neats snd cheeses. The pleasant woman who served us our breakfast knew what we liked after the first morning Ehat a nice wsy to wake up! A perfect snd pleasant stay. We spent 3 days and came bavk again after 10 days we ste looking forward to our next trip ! Thank you for making us feel at home.

A 5 Star Experience
The concierge and front door services were superb. My luggage was lost by the airline, the concierge, Mr Cestells was very kind and helpful. The entire front staff was amazing. One of them was literally in the street flagging down 3 taxis for our group. The rooftop restaurant is also great. The wait staff is truly wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful. The 3 nights in Barcelona were the best days of our 16 day trip thanks to us choosing the Monument Hotel.

The hotel used to be better. Very rundown. Check in is laughable. They conveniently never have upgrades for Amex FHR. AC is bad on half the rooms so it’s a lottery. Elevators were only partially working. Only good thing is location.

Excellent hotel!
The service, cleanliness, food and most of all location are the best. The “balcony “ and Junior Suite are a bit small, but comfortable. The bathroom is a good size. We did not have much of a view, we looked out on the inner area looking at other buildings, but it was very quiet. The rooftop area is a lovely place to hang out.
