Ohla Eixample

The best boutique European hotel experience! It started with a simple email to them asking a question. Even though it showed that we were coming from US, hotel personnel, Olga (the best) saw our names and emailed us back in our native language. It was a simple gesture, but was a great sign of care. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and chocolate at the check in. We had a bottle of champagne in our room along with more chocolates. Breakfast was amazing! Our rooms had been cleaned meticulously. The next day, my daughter got mildly sick. It was a Sunday, so didn't think we could find a doctor. When asked the hotel, we got numbers and locations of pharmacies and a call service for doctor for free. Not only we got a doctor help, but also Olga tried to figure out if our Sagrada tickets could be modified in case my daughter did not feel better. At the end of the day, we had a box of chocolate in our room with a personal note from her. She is just amazing! The rest of the hotel crew were also great. Hotel was spotless clean. Everyone was very polite. Service was very good. Location of hotel is great also. Great restaurant choices. Short walks to the few Gaudi locations and high end shopping streets. Even though it was nearby the popular areas, there were no noise issues. We absolutely loved the service and the hotel. Highly recommend it. We will definitely go back.

Our hotel room felt like a prison cell. The hallways are dark. The rooftop pool looks out onto old rooftops. It is not at all enticing to spend time here. The restaurants a d bar areas have no soul (which could explain why there are no people using the space). There is nothing authentic or charming about this hotel.

Currently standing in the rooftop infinity pool, drink in hand, taking in the Barcelona cityscape. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine upon check in. Very quiet boutique hotel with excellent service. The location is ideal for walking around, but is in close proximity to metro stations for easy transportation.

My wife and I stayed at the fabulous Ohla Eixample Hotel, Barcelona and had an absolutely fantastic time. A huge thank you to David (Front Office) for promptly addressing a room issue with outstanding professionalism and care. His quick response exceeded our expectations and made us feel truly appreciated. Thank you David. We would also like to thank Helena and Cedric for the unexpected gift, a thoughtful touch that highlighted the class of this hotel. We were equally impressed by Mahamadou, who showcased the essence of hospitality in the lobby by engaging with guests with a polite and courteous manner. His interactions with guests left us with a positive impression of the service at the hotel. And finally, a big thank you to Jhuviel (Front Office), who I reached out to when our room safe wouldn’t open the night before we were due to fly back home on an early morning flight. Rather than passing this matter onto somebody else, Jhuviel left his position at reception and came directly to our room to swiftly resolve the issue. A gentleman who he has mastered the art of providing outstanding service. Mr Daniel Llebaria - It is rare to receive such authentic hospitality and I must say, this truly made a difference. You have a great team at Ohla Eixample that genuinely knows how to provide exceptional customer service. My wife and I highly recommend the Ohla Eixample Hotel to anyone seeking luxury, comfort and top class customer service. We look forward to returning for our second visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful - the rooms large and well designed. Exceptional service. The roof top bar and pool made the experience perfect for the hot days in Barcelona. Thank You.
