We could not have picked a better property in a city we were visiting for the first time. If the Four Seasons went into the Boutique Hotel business, this should be their model. From the minute we arrived, the attentiveness was second to none. I cannot remember a hotel that was as quite as this property. The location was perfect and safe. We only needed 2 cab rides over our 4 days. In our years of traveling I cannot remember one person that went out of her way to make herself available the way KiKi did at the front desk. Her genuine smile and greeting every time was past the desk, made us feel special. She was 4 for 4 with dinner recommendations and would always ask us the next day if she made a good pick. Thank you KiKi.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Barcelona. Very helpfull and friendly personel. The room was more than ok. The service also. Every day cleaning and at the evening extra housekeeping! Always a goodnight wish... The breakfast was also very good, with everything needed for a sunny day in the city. Top of the bill, the swimmingpool with bar on the 9th floor. If I go back to Barcelona, I surely go back to the Ohla!

Can’t recommend enough. Cool drink offered on arrival. Receptionist took 10 mins showing sites on the map and offering advice. Let us leave bags. When checked in, receptionist showed us around the room. Nice rooftop bar and small pool. Breakfast was amazing , lots of choice. On a quiet street with two supermarkets if needed. Staff can’t do enough for you.

I recommend this hotel for many reasons but the very special one is their generous hospitality. I felt I'm a very dear guest. Very very warm welcoming, and excellent service. Olga, helped us so much, and made our stay unforgettable. She offered us very soft check-in, and told us about the area and the must seen and visit. whenever I'm visiting Barcelona, I will come for this hotel, and its beautiful staff, especially Olga and Mokhtar.

We stayed here for a 2 night weekend break. The customer service is outstanding. The staff were so attentive and polite. The room was clean and modern. Loved the walk in shower, bathrobes and slippers. Hotel is very central and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Fabulous breakfast! The pool is lovely and rooftop bar too! Couldn’t be better! Will definitely be back!
