The One Barcelona

Stayed three nights in mid-September. A great hotel, well appointed and fantastically located. Rooms were comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious. Roof top pool was lovely and views were to die for. Service was attentive and friendly. Would definitely return.

From the minute we walked into the hotel and were greeted we knew we would in for outstanding service and this hotel did not disappoint . The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very and comfortable and much bigger than we expected. Location was great with very high end shopping nearby and great restaurants . If you are headed to Barcelona this is a hotel you should strongly consider. It is also part of the American Express Fine Hotel Collection

The hotel was in a fantastic location, the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were absolutely wonderful, as were each of our in hotel dining experiences. We loved it so much, we have already re-booked for next year!

The hotel is in a good location unfortunately the first room we got was very unpleasant the views were horrible looking on to an alleyway and facing an apartment complex. We couldn’t open our curtains. Eventually we moved rooms which was supposed to be a free upgrade obviously not just a smaller room with a better outlook. Honestly the customer service in these supposedly 5 star hotels is seriously awful. There’s clearly no training being done . The other positive is the rooftop restaurant where the staff were extremely helpful and the food was very good and because of this experience and the location of the hotel I would return 7 out of 10. Would have been 10 if the issues we had had been dealt with professionally.

We loved this hotel. The room and bathroom were very nice but also comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the food was fantastic. We ate breakfast there every morning and had one dinner on the rooftop. The location is great as it’s pretty central and within walking distance of a lot of sites/neighborhoods.
