Great experience!
The One Barcelona was absolutely amazing. The staff was beyond excellent. The location is perfect for doing all the things you would want to do in Barcelona.

Top notch hotel and amazing staff
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice for our six night stay in Barcelona. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. Check-in was efficient, relaxed and professional. Since we arrived mid morning, our room wasn’t ready and we decided to explore the neighborhood. Within an hour we received a call that our room was available. Our room, although on the small side, was appointed with 5 star amenities. In the future we may consider upgrading but since we spent little time there it worked for us. The hotel’s location is excellent. Many of Barcelona’s highlights are within a 30 minute or less walk. The One Barcelona has an excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Richard was always willing to assist us with local suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and airport transportation. The breakfast menu was excellent and we looked forward to seeing the friendly, smiling staff each morning. Our experience was also positive at the Mood restaurant on the top floor and with room service. We will return.

Wonderful stay
This is such a wonderful hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The service is impeccable, the rooms are classy and luxurious. They have a complimentary hot tub (more like a pool) and sauna. It is about a 1/2 hour walk to the familla sagrada, and about 1/2 hour walk to the famous Joseph’s market in the other direction. Everything else in between is awesome, restaurants, cafes, high end shopping,small shops, outstanding architecture everywhere. Highly recommend.

A Barcelona experience
Location was perfect for exploring the sites. The staff was accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. Our guest room had all the amenities but was awkward in its functionality. For example to use the tea and coffee area one had to shut the closet's sliding door; and in the bathroom, although sleek and modern, it was cumbersome for 2 people to use.
