Staff were amazing from the very beginning! Helpful, courteous and fun! Rooms were delightful w best room service ever (Denis). Location was the best, located in the Eixample area, 1 block from Casa Mila’ and from the Main Street w shops: passaig de Gracia! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Fabulous Stay at The One Barcelona
We had a great stay at The One Barcelona....well appointed rooms, amazing location, great meals....we had breakfast and enjoyed lunch and fondue dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The Concierge was fantastic and incredibly helpful. The hotel features gorgeous artwork and service was excellent from the moment we checked in until we left the hotel. We will definitely return.

exceptional and excellent service hotel
Our family’s Christmas trip to Barcelona was truly memorable one! The One Barcelona hotel is in a perfect location accessible to city’s many amazing tour attractions, shops, and delicious restaurants. But most of all, as many places I have been to I must say that the entire staffs were beyond fantastic and friendly!! I broke my leg while walking down the hill in rainy day in Barcelona. After long hours of hospital visit when I came back to hotel they had a wheelchair for me and they also sent their staff to the pharmacy to get me two crutches!!! I was really touched by their attitude and kindness. We stayed in junior suite corner room and it was big, clean, and super comfortable bed with goose down pillows. Since with my leg injury, we dined in their restaurants a few times and their food was always delicious. I will definitely with confidence recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. A truly 5 stars hotel with 5 stars service!!! Special thanks to Richard and David in concierge desk for all your help!

Loved it
Great location and you can see the Sagrada Família from the roof terrace all lit! Restaurant and bar terrace really good and with fabulous service. Spa treatments were a real luxury with the lift taking you directly there. Slept so well!
