Excellent meal and service.
We greatly enjoyed our meal. The burrata and croquettes were fantastic, service was wonderful, Paolo did a great job! Do recommend.

Somni Restaurant at the One
Lovely restaurant with friendly helpful service and wine suggestions (Thanks Paolo for making our evening special). The dishes are beautifully presented and the cooking is to a very high standard. We went a la carte, rather than the tasting menu and we're spoilt for choice. Save room for dessert the crema catalana here is just wonderful.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Nice and courteous service. Great breakfast choices. We had tasting menu dinner at their restaurant Somni which also was top notch. Strongly recommended

Worth Every Single Penny!
What an incredible experience for my wife and I. Perfectly located near high-end shopping and mouth-watering restaurants, The One Barcelona is an elegant, true 5-star hotel that proved its status every single day. The Room: Incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was amazing, refreshing the room every time we stepped out. The Service: Unmatched. The concierge was a lifesaver with transit, room service was perfect, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel important. The Rooftop: Beautiful views, a fancy atmosphere, and incredible food. We went twice! Amenities: They have a beautiful spa on-site. We didn’t get a chance to use it this trip, but it looked fantastic. Every little detail was perfect and we felt entirely catered to. It was worth every penny—we can't wait to come back!
