"We stayed at this hotel for about a week from April 26th to May 3rd as the final destination of our honeymoon. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout the week without any inconveniences. The location was also excellent. We were highly satisfied with the hotel, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the friendly staff, especially David Flores and Domingo, who were incredibly helpful. Writing this review with a happy heart back home in Korea!"

Excellent city hotel
This is a quality hotel with excellent customer service. Both restaurants were very good and our waiter in the main restaurant, Paulo, was very good. The hotel is in a great location - close to the central area.

Great hotel in the heart of Barcelona!
Outstanding hotel with an amazing staff and location! Our room was lovely and as were all of the hotels amenities. The concierge desk was extremely helpful with recommendations with regard to tours and restaurants. The rooftop bar and spa were highlights for us too!

Great but not exceptional
So wanted to write an exceptional review for here as we thought it would be the one! Fabulous location. Rooms a bit on the small side but I guess ok for city centre location. Wardrobe space limited for a 4 night stay for 2. Very quiet despite being a busy location. Rooftop very nice , it was closed for a private function on the day we arrived, we only realised this when we went up to relax and were informed it was closed. Breakfast is alacarte and rather disappointing to be honest. Didn't really live up to our expectations of 5 star luxury.

Very nice & memorable experience Kristel from Guest Services was very helpful & offered to get us senior discounts on hop on hop off bus Paolo our waiter for our dinner offered some suggestions for typical Catalonian dinner David & rest of the staff were always cheerful & ready to help Definitely a great hotel!!! 👍👍👍😊😊😊
