Beautiful settings, attentive and caring staff. Couldn’t praise it enough. If you are looking for a place to unwind with a touch of luxury then this is the place to go. A plus that it’s less than 10 miles from our daughter’s new home. Visiting again next week.

Hotel is situated at the Royal Crescent, and one entrance is bang in the middle of the Royal Crescent. Top quality friendly service Well worth a visit for refreshments after climbing the hill. Beautiful garden area for dining or drinking Would definitely revisit Cannesdid .... , surfingsyd

Afternoon tea at The Royal Crescent Hotel is a real treat, with elegant surroundings, a peaceful garden view, and a rare chance to step inside one of Bath’s most iconic addresses. The food was excellent, with a lovely mix of classics and local touches. The Bath bun and Jane Austen–themed seasonal tarts were a unique highlight, alongside perfect scones and beautifully crafted pastries. Service could have been warmer: the staff felt a little lacklustre but overall, it was a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing weekend stay at this historical but very up to date hotel, with beautiful creative food to match. Would highly recommend all the team were excellent and always on hand if anything needed. Valet parking available making it a great start Will be back soon

Royal crescent is a beautiful location itself, sun was shining we loved our weekend in bath - the hotel however was overpriced and average. On arrival room wasn’t ready so went to garden for some drinks in the sunshine - we were ignored for 20 minutes whilst staff bustled past us avoiding eye contact. I had to get up and go into the bar and ask for service - not a good start for a five star hotel. Room itself was wonderful bed is comfy bathrooms very small but all amenities, turndown was a lovely touch. Spa was very disappointing had a massage in a bright room no blinds on windows and massage substandard - the spa area itself had no Loungers - these were outside however had no cushions on them when we were shown to the garden so didn’t stay long. I also didn’t appreciate that on arrival to the spa front desk there was a TV screen showing people in the pool. Hot tub or seating area I found it quite invasive and made me uncomfortable whilst using the facilities and I felt that I was being watched by anyone standing around the desk. Had a drink on the second night in the bar no atmosphere and took so long to make the drink wish I hadn’t of bothered. Checkout they added a discretionary fee to my bill which they removed when questioned on what it was for. Would not return
