Conrad Beijing

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I’d like to especially commend Ivy at the Business Lounge—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Her warm and professional demeanor really made a difference. At checkout, Jack made the process smooth and pleasant. He took the time to clearly explain the breakdown of my deposits and room charges, which I really appreciated. His helpful attitude left a great final impression. Overall, the service from both Ivy and Jack exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m in Beijing. Thank you for the great hospitality!

During my business trip in Beijing, I had to opportunity to stay one week at Conrad Beijing hotel. The hotel is well located, close to Sanlitun area and accomodations are easy. The rooms are enough big to work and enjoy rest time. Food is enough good. But my best experience was the incredible massage given at the Spa. I took a 2 hours massage and it was really amazing, restful. My body was very relaxed and comfortable after the massage given by Miss Wan. She has power on her hands and i really recommend her for the other guests. Overall, i give a five star. Everything was very enjoyable.

Conrad's SPA is an amazing place to relax. Being able to unwind and switch off from the stress of business and sink into the amazing surrounds and hands of Ge, my outstanding therapist. My 2 hour session was fantastic - the welcome, treatment room ambience, music, comfort but overall, the expert technique of Ge Jinhua. Skilled in being firm, subtle, soft and therapeutic, she is simply a sensational masseuse & therapist. I returned to my room envigorated, relaxed and with my body & mind in a far greater condition. I cannot wait to return to the SPA at the Hilton Conrad, Beijing and to experience Ge the therapist. A must for everyone!

Good service. Especially in pool and executive lounge. Lounge manager Nathalie is so proactive and helpful. Room is a little old but the maintenance is good and view is awesome. Breakfast is the best part of this staycation:) Fried dumplings and beef noodle are delicious

Stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and Las Vegas in the past few months and they were great. Figured I'd give Conrad Beijing a try. 2 Stars is a bit harsh but found the service not on par with whats expected from a 5 Star hotel that caters to international travelers. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd stay elsewhere. Much of the staff speaks little to no English, including the front desk. So when minor issues kept popping up—"my room smells like cigarette smoke, can we move;" "the mini bar isnt stocked and has no cream for coffee;" I cant get connected to internet"—it was a pain to deal with. Never did solve my internet connectivity, just used hotspot for 3 nights.
