Nice service, i have a very urgent work in the next morning. So i ask their service in case they provide computer room or printing room and then Staffs try to help me print out the documents And they are really helpful.

The professional and energetic hotel staff add huge value to this hotel, which is special in many ways. The Gold lounge provides excellent food, the chefs know what they are doing and as a westerner I loved all the options, a wide variety for a lounge/club, fresh and well presented. Peter in the gold lounge was incredible, always alert to every customers needs and went over and above to please. The rooms are light and spacious with an old school character with extras such as a massage chair, and ability to watch TV while you bath, albeit English channels are very limited. For me it was well positioned with the green belt canal walkway/cycleway nearby which goes for miles & miles. It is near business district so most would need take Subway or Didi to key tourist sights, I personally enjoyed the walk. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very nice perfect with Jackson wonderful guy bvery very mice I think that should be one of the best of my days in Beijing very very nice.the hotel is very very hood but that kind of experience in the lounge with the service of Jackson was one of the best

Very great stay. Really enjoyed it. We love Jackson from the Gold Club, he is very nice and so caring. His english is excellent and he makes us smile every day. :) . Great breakfast and great dinner. Great room, very well cleaned. Will come back!
