Fairmont Beijing

Hôtel staff was very helpful throughout the stay, providing extra services when needed and very nice. Especially great for family with children

Had a pretty good stay in Fairmont Beijing. Its location is not bad & easily accessible to other places. If one can walk longer, you can walk to Forbidden City & palace. It is also easily accessible by walking to Guomao area & Silk Street Market. The airport is not too far away from this hotel. It took us about 30 mins by car if there is no traffic jam. The hotel housekeeping is good & clean. Howver, the Nepresso coffee capsules are dusty & unsur if they are expired so we did not dare to drink. Hope the management can check all these Nepresso capsules are not expired & to clean them constantly. The pillows are too soft so I had to stack 2 pillows to have a better sleep. Breakfast buffet is not fantastic though but good enough to fill up the stomach. There is an indoor swimming pool but we missed to chill out there due to our short stay. We will consider to come back here to stay when we visit Beijing again.

Wonderful Hotel, balance of Eastern and Western cultures very comfortable. Strange how they ask for a stay deposit of 150% upfront. Wierd. Wonderful and helpful staff, especially Nick and staff in the Gold Lounge. Didn't book breakfast as Gold Lounge has wonderful eastern and western options, and afternoon tea. And light supper options that are filling and delicious, especially the smoked duck breast. Make sure you book a Gold Class Room.

Nice service, i have a very urgent work in the next morning. So i ask their service in case they provide computer room or printing room and then Staffs try to help me print out the documents And they are really helpful.
