Enjoyable comfortable stay. We arrived late and the guy on the desk was very helpful, took our cases to our room and showed us everything, we liked the room size and luxury, after days of small Japanese hotels it was very welcome, we had breakfast in the hotel 3 mornings and the hotel didn’t take our card details so we paid daily, I asked on the way in to pay but she said on way out will be ok. She must have changed her mind because midway through breakfast she arrived at our table wanting paid with a card machine, bit annoying as I asked on the way in, same thing next morning so I insisted on paying on the way in last time, bit over zealous, I wasn’t going to run off. Must say we did like the location and there is a little store round the corner open late for bits and a big shopping mall just across the road, we enjoyed our stay though. Nice hotel.

Dear, Mr. Charles Demange, we want to let you know how pleased we are with your staffs especially Tom and Tommy from concierge, both of them went to the extra miles providing excellent service with our special situation with traditional herbal medicines. During our 4 days trip with my parents, my wife and her mother had the best massage ever from Tian Tian at your place, your breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, we had great experiences during our first visit in Beijing. Thank you. 5 stars Overall.
