Family Vacation - 7 nights stay
Excellent location, multiple train lines in walking distance. Concierge (Cecilia) was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great with barista made coffees. Hotel is quite new, clean and tidy. We have enjoyed our stay

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended.
Wonderful hotel with superb accommodation and a fabulous swimming pool. Helpful staff. Cecelia is outstanding. The breakfast choices are enormous with a vast array of food. The hotel is centrally located and ideal for planning excursions. Shopping easily available in the Mall beneath the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything you expect of a Grand Hyatt. There is just never anything to criticise. Good check in good rooms great bed. How do you can you go wrong.

Location is perfect, do not eat/drink here!
Room is beautiful, location is spot on- shame about the food and beverage and overall service in the lounge bar- not what you expect in such a grand hotel.
