Grand Hyatt Beijing

That is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. It is luxurious and extraordinary. The staff is absolutely helpful and always there, when you need them. The breakfasts are amazing and offer huge variety of international and local food. Localization is great and close to many attractions. I highly recommend.

The hotel offers a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. What I liked: Location: 5 Star due to its easy connectivity to shopping and other touristic places. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. Service: Staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and any requests were handled promptly. Facilities: The indoor pool and fitness center were excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was elegant and peaceful. Dining: The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both international and Chinese options. The on-site restaurants also offered high-quality dishes. Areas for Improvement: Since i am strictly vegetarian (do not allow egg, sea food, meat) but allowed milk, butter and cheese. It was really tough to found some local traditional vegetarian dishes. Hotel can add some more options especially Indian guests. Also recommend to have that counter totally separate with dedicated utensils to avoid any contamination with restricted food items. Hope you will consider this recommendation. I have paid 3000 RMB as a deposit amount though my room was pre-paid. However, till today i haven't receive my money back. It is really surprise that after more than 48 hrs. this transaction has not been completed. Overall, the Grand Hyatt Beijing provided a memorable and comfortable stay. I would definitely consider returning and recommend it to others visiting the city.

Excellent location, multiple train lines in walking distance. Concierge (Cecilia) was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great with barista made coffees. Hotel is quite new, clean and tidy. We have enjoyed our stay

Wonderful hotel with superb accommodation and a fabulous swimming pool. Helpful staff. Cecelia is outstanding. The breakfast choices are enormous with a vast array of food. The hotel is centrally located and ideal for planning excursions. Shopping easily available in the Mall beneath the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience staying here. The service and amenities are great. The location is amazing. Room is always in great condition.
