Luxury stay in Beijing
My family and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Beijing in May 2025 for 4 nights, and our experience was truly amazing. We booked one of the premium 2-bedroom suites with access to the grand club and the facilities were top-notch from start to finish. The service from the staff was extremely friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. All our needs were attended to promptly and attentively, making us feel truly valued as guests. Most impressive was the special attention from the Guest Relations team who took the initiative to prepare a birthday surprise for our twin daughters. This small touch—complete with complimentary treats—was very touching and made their birthdays unforgettable. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an elegant design that reflected the standards of a five-star hotel. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the grand club, and both were excellent. The menu choices were varied, with delicious flavors and excellent quality food. Overall, the Grand Hyatt Beijing provided an amazing stay for our family. From the personalized service, to the comfort of the room, to the attention to small details—everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxurious and family-friendly accommodation in downtown Beijing.

Great hotel to stay in
This is a must stay five star hotel and it locates in very convenient place close to some landmarks and easy to get around to other landmarks as well. The hotel has very spacious rooms and the housekeeping not only cleaned our room but also put nearly all our items in a very organized way. It had the most beautiful swimming pool we have seen (better than the one in Hilton village in big island imo) and the facilities around it (change room, bath, shower, sauna etc) are superb. I recommend the made in China restaurant innit and the roasted duck there was so delicious that we ended up having lunch the next day after dinner the night before. Remember to make a preorder for roasted duck beforehand while making your reservation; otherwise, you need to wait for about 75 minutes when they prepare it. The oriental plaza under the hotel is some place worth checking out and there is also a huge book store within two blocks if you are into books and stationeries.

AMAZING STAY, great staffs
We were in Beijing for 4 days and stay in this hotel. As no doubt, Grand Hyatt Beijing has the best location. It is only 300 meters away from Wang Fu Jing central pedestrian streets. With lots of branded shops,local foods, souvenirs. Hotels staffs are all friendly from the bel boy, concierge, front office,. SPA And the most outstanding ones is the service from Mr Harry Liu, the ast. manager Grand Club lounge. He had arranged the arrival transport, dining, room, old and new dinner. Up to our destination in Harbin for our next hotel tour. I never met such a staff with so professional and dedicated . Thank you to him, And thank you to Grand Hyatt for making our stay so memorable..

amazing stay with my family
the hotel is great and beautiful. the room we had was big and even had a washing machine (with 2 kids is really helpull). the staff is nice and responds at our need quickly. the buffet for the breakfast is delicious and everyone enjoyed it. the swimming pool is great and it's a nice way to finish your day after a long day of visits.
