Great hotel. Older style luxury, but spacious and wonderful staff
Grand ol’ dame of a hotel. Built in 1999 and on a grand scale with all the facilities you would expect of a five star hotel. It does feel a little dated in some aspects, but that aspect is made up for by the space, gracious relaxed feel which is very rare in newer five star hotels in Beijing. My room too is always choose the river view rooms. Nice view and sun set oover the city. Two great gyms, the 2nd larger one is in the basement of the adjacent Kempinski Apt building. Overall this is my go to recommendation for many guests to Beijing. Next to Lone 10 subway and easy access to AirPort Express.

Highly recommended
This hotel hosted an event that I attended in May 2025. I was given a complimentary upgrade which was a nice touch and it was a lovely room, really spacious, modern and finished to a really high standard. It made for a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was impressive with lots of high quality options for people of all different counties and diets. Lunch buffets however were even better! So many different types of meats, salads, seafoods. The hotel is a large complex also with other bars and restaurants, so again lots of choice. Location was ideal: by a small river which was picturesque and had more bars and restaurants alongside it. It was also 12 miles to the airport. Next time in Beijing i would definitely like to stay here again.

During my four-night stay, I truly enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent, offering great convenience for exploring the area. I highly recommend taking a walk along the riverside at night—it’s a wonderful experience. Additionally, Sunny Zhao and Jeffery at the concierge provided me with outstanding assistance, making my stay even more enjoyable! 在這裡度過的四個夜晚，我真的非常享受我的住宿體驗。這裡的地理位置優越，方便探索周邊環境。我特別推薦晚上沿著河岸散步，感覺非常美好。此外，禮賓部的Sunny Zhao和Jeffery給予了我極大的幫助，讓我的旅程更加愉快！

Fantastic time in Beijing KEMPINSKI
Fantastic service by KEMPINSKI, Ms . KAYLA CHEN helped in any case. We enjoyed the room, the lounge and the tasty chinese food. Perfect position in the center for visiting this great, clean and friendly city. We will come again for more days.

Convenient location, comfortable bed with nice garden n river view. hotels bakery shop n Bier Garten are super nice. The Receptionist lady Ms. Mellisa Li is definitely the highlight of our stay. She is very professional and efficient, cares n helps our personal needs with her gentle n kind art. Thanks indeed!
