The top-class hotel
This is not the first time I have stayed at The Peninsula Beijing, and every time I am delighted with the level of service and stay in it. The hotel offers an exceptional blend of timeless elegance and modern comfort. From the moment you arrive, the service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. I would like to express my special gratitude to the administrator Joanna and the concierge Mukden. Thank you very much for your kind attention and professionalism and the opportunity to help with absolutely any issue at any time! The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful tech touches. The room service is always excellent, and the breakfast is a true delight. It’s a luxurious and peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers - you’ll definitely enjoy your experience here!

My family enjoyed our stay in Beijing because of the amazing accommodation we experienced from Peninsula Beijing! Great Staff feels you have a Personal Butler when Requesting something especially when they set-up for my Son’s Birthday courtesy of ELLAS and Her Team and great for Foreigners whose 2nd language is English especially the Breakfast Team - When You Request some foods not In the Menu, Still, They did Their Best to Provide One , Truly a Great Experience and Great Location for Tourist ! Well-maintained Peninsular
The hotel is very well-maintained despite its age. We like the split-level suite very much, my sister gets the garden suite at the same price but it feels a lot less cozy. Nice view, good location, very comfy bed and bath - exceed the usual peninsular standard! However, the breakfast is just so so. The reception is hiding somewhere at the corner LoL...

Excellent service and location
Excellent!! So impressed with the Peninsula Beijing. We stayed 4 nights as part of our honeymoon and are so happy we chose this hotel amongst the options in Beijing. The location is perfect, very easy to get around and many dinner / shopping options in walking distance. Pool, gym, room was great. We also ate at the Huang Ting Cantonese style restaurant and really liked it. But above all the service is amazing and we really appreciated the special touches prepared by William of the guest relations team, including a very kind greeting on arrival and balloons / roses in our suite upon arrival. He even thought to share a small parting gift which we really appreciated. Thank you, Peninsula team and especially William for a great stay!
