Rosewood Beijing features one-of-a-kind luxury that reflects the capital city’s compelling culture, history, and geography. The staff are young, friendly and numerous. The rooms include a walk-in closet, a huge bathroom, and an office area. They are also filled with decorative touches to make you feel at home. The elegant bathrooms are decorated in marble with bespoke toiletries from Italian stylist Lorenzo Villoresi. The two restaurants are among the most delightful in Beijing, offering exquisite cuisine and exceptional service in a Chinese-influenced and modern atmosphere. The Country Kitchen serves northern Chinese cuisine and Red Bowl offers ever popular Chinese hot pots.

Rosewood Beijing is in the CBD and close to shopping areas. Our only 2 experiences with Rosewood were in Dallas and in Mexico. Both were great. We did not know what to expect here in Beijing but the service and facilities lived up to our very high expectations. We were in the Manor suite and this suite also had access to the manor club. Great room, great club as well. I thought the hotel in general has a lot of character and felt at times like a museum. This included our room, which had great amenities and was wonderfully decorated. Service was excellent through our stay including personalized pillows with our initials. Thought this was next level. If I were asking for improvements, one area is the breakfast at the main buffet. Coffee was cold and service was lackluster for a hotel of this quality. Also in our suite was a Nespresso machine and milk frother, however there was no milk. I requested some fresh milk and initially got milk powder which wasn’t usable in the frother and asked again before I was told it had to be ordered from in room dining. Why have a frother in the suite if you can use it? Anyway it was a small issue that was rectified. Overall, wonderful stay and highly recommend the place and the manor suite!

When arriving, I was warm welcomed at Reception by Betty, her warm greetings and service by introducing amenities in the room really made me feel welcomed. The Dining Experience at Dragon House is fantastic! Food is authentic. Big thanks to Nina and 小婧, for the wonderful and thoughtful service. During the stay, Jennifer from Manor Club made me feel like a VIP. Her service is Professional, not only that, truly care about the guest. In room Dining Experience is another highlight. I especially thank 周女士 from Room Dining Service, her service is thoughtful, therefore worth the praise. Overall, I recommend Rosewood Beijing

The hotel is nice and the moment you step into the hotel, you do feel the class. The room is marvellous with the room service staffs managing it with excellent care. Fruits and mineral water as well as coffee provided. Definitely worth the money for a family stay.

I was treated in a kind and professional way at Rosewood Beijing. The recepcionists Zoey and Crystal also helped me a lot when I had doubts and when I needed to print some documents. The infrastructure of the hotel is very good, as it’s location. The rooms are big and organized, and the lobby is good for meetings and coffe reunions. I recommend it.

After a bit of an eventful booking process that the hotel quickly rectified, we arrived at the hotel in April with our two small children in tow. Check-in was smooth, but I was a bit surprised when we weren't taken to our room and given a tour as is usually standard at these hotels, instead we were led to and dropped off at the elevator, no big deal but it kind of threw us off. We had booked a Manor suite connecting to a twin Premier room and the way this is done is not a door between two rooms, but instead two corner rooms that have a greater door in the general hallway that connect them by leaving both bedroom doors open and shutting the extra door in the hallway. This was a bit confusing for us, as it wasn't setup upon our arrival, and since we weren't led to our room, we were left to our own devices to figure out how to set up the doors etc, it would have been nice had it been already set up for us, or if someone came up to do it for us. The rooms themselves were generously appointed, with amenities for us and special ones for our children. The rooms were both immaculately clean, which is not that common in luxury hotels in Beijing so big plus here! Hot chocolate and panda plushies were left for our kids, which was greatly appreciated and a lovely souvenir for their first visit to China. Letters to both our kids and to us separately were also written which was a sweet touch. My only qualm with the rooms themselves would be that the beds are rock hard, as if a wooden board had been put in. It would be nice if they offered the same beds as the HK location or if there's an option to change this. Unfortunately our days were packed so we never had an opportunity to try the Manor Club, but our stay has convinced us that, regardless of the need of some polishing, that the Rosewood will be our hotel of choice during our future visits to Beijing so there will be plenty of opportunities then.
