Nice resort
We had a wonderful time! The staff was incredibly helpful, making our experience truly unforgettable. The only little hiccup was that the hot water could have worked a bit better, and the bathtub could use some maintenance. Overall, it was a great stay!

Holiday with Family at so Sofitel 5 star hotel
We had a lovely time at so Sofitel hotel and we thanks the staffs for taking care of us especially Raj and Linley. Raj was always accommodating and friendly with us and very good attention to details. Thank you everyone and see you at so Sofitel resort.

Good stay at Sofitel bel ombré in July
We had a lovely time at Sofitel bel ombré, the property is non a beautiful location with a stretch of private beach that adds to the exclusive feeling. The rooms are comfortable and food was also good. Special shoutout to mr Raj who was always helpful with his suggestions and assistance. Our daughter had a wonderful time at the pool and kids club.

Tranquility at so Sofitel
From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Raj from concierge at the hotel who could not do enough for our children under 5years old. Raj attention to customer service was exceptional and we felt at ease when he was around. He is an asset to the hotel. We came to the hotel and enjoyed the concept of tranquility and peacefully calm.We stayed for 8nights leaving completely refreshed and energised for our next leg of our journey across the island. Nayesh the assistant manager was also absolutely delightful and he assisted to our every question or situation. He had so much ease and patience. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, the staff were very attentive and catered for our needs.
