So Sofitel Mauritius- would recommend
The location is beautiful, the staff, especially Raj, are very friendly and the atmosphere is very tranquil. The location is quite aways from shops etc, so taxis are quite expensive to go to different places. The support staff are a little slow in filling requests, ie. getting a hand towel in your room or picking up room service plates after a meal, but overall I would recommend for the serenity and proximity to the beach.

Very relaxing
We had a lovely stay at So Sofitel Mauritius. Our stay was for five nights and it was a relaxing part of our overall holiday. The people were friendly and buffet breakfast was always fresh, we stocked and delicious. The rooms were cleaned daily and water was always provided. There was never a problem in supporting us with a buggy ride to and from the car park when we needed to leave the resort. We spent most of our time while relaxing either in the beach outside our room or in the pool. Raj was very accommodating and approachable when we needed anything sorted outside the usual plans. We highly recommend this resort.

Wonderful experience in Mauritius
Beautiful beach, delicious food lovely hotel and exceptional people. The hotel gardens are very beautiful. The staff are excellent.
