We stayed at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni with another couple the first week in May 2024. We had a great stay. Hotel and staff were awesome. We would absolutely return. Five-star experience all around and great location in Bellagio. We especially enjoyed the rooms with lake views, breakfast, La Goletta restaurant, and drinks at the piano bar late in the evenings with Danny and team.

Perfect stat and beautiful hotel. Arrived after delayed flights and were greeted with a warm reception at a lovely hotel. The entire stay was amazing with a wonderful view of Lake Como. We were wishing that we could have stayed longer but it was a great way to begin our Lake Como experience.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. It’s an icon of Bellagio. The gardens in the hotel grounds provide a tranquil oasis where one can relax and enjoy the stunning view over lake Como. Mistral restaurant is stunning . The food is truly excellent . The staff are very friendly and greet you like a friend , not just as a guest .

This was a fairy tale- beautiful hotel, impeccable service, wonderful team, outstanding location and view, great food- I could ramble on all day about outstanding the Grand Hotel Serbelloni is. After a seamless check in, we were escorted to our room with a large bathroom, separate shower, heated towel racks, fluffy towels and robes- the bedroom was huge, comfortable bed and duvets; also a good sized sitting area with coffee service. Recently renovated pool with sauna, steam and whirlpool “, and now the restaurant and bar- Ristorante Mistral was fabulous- great presentation, and delicious, ate most of our meals here. Verri’s Bar is a real treat- loved the aesthetic, drinks were delicious and the team really made it special- welcoming, friendly and professional, really made us feel like we were at our home away from home. As mentioned, the terrace is stunning- never got tired of the view and the hotel’s location right on Lake Como is nothing short of amazing.

We’ve stayed only 2 days but we wish we could stay longer since the location of the hotel and services were excellent we diffidently go back for delicious food and bars and restaurants of the hotel. the only problem we encountered in the hotel was poor service in spa and rude staff operating the spa we wish they rectify this issue as it would be very unfortunate for the hotel to let a couple of staff defame the name of the hotel also from the moment we have arrived at the hotel the reception and the concierge staff they were more than helpful and pleasant.
