Our first time staying at Cliveden and we will definitely be going back. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was amazing with a beautiful view of the gardens and fountain. The food was delicious. We enjoyed using the spa facilities, swimming in the outdoor pool. We are already planning our next visit.

Beautiful place to stay, gardens are looked after and amazing to view. Rooms are classic and comfortable, coffee machine and free nibbles. Had dinner in “The Astor Grill” the old stables, stalls made into booths and saddles as stools at the bar. Breakfast was good, looking over the parterre garden. Be sure to go on the hotel tour, lovely parts of the hotel to see and the history is great.

We absolutely loved it!! We were the wedding DJs at Cliveden House for Zehui & Yilang and we had a brilliant night. The venue is just gorgeous and all the staff were friendly and really helpful. A big shout out to Annabel the Wedding and Events Coordinator for being so organised and making sure everything ran so smoothly! We had such a great party!!

Absolutely outstanding!! Our room ('Barry'), in the main house and overlooking the drive, was stunning. We had a fantastic and efficient welcome from Caroline and her team. Incredibly comfy bed .. huge bath .. steeped in history. These rooms have access to the 'Butler's Pantry' where guests can help themselves to complimentary wine, beers, soft drinks, coffees and snacks. Dinner in the main dining room was Incredible. It has one of the world's best wine lists. The truffle risotto was the best I've ever experienced (and I love truffle risotto!!) Ben and all of the staff were wonderful .. nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and afterwards we took a leisurely stroll around the beautiful gardens (which the National Trust maintain so well). Cliveden is so rich in history and remains the finest country house hotel in the British Isles.

Arranged a celebration dinner in the Boudoir ( preceded by canapés and drinks in the Tote) for my wife’s birthday together with around 20 family members. We all stayed overnight in gorgeous Cliveden House rooms and then enjoyed a delicious breakfast together in the fabulous restaurant with spectacular views over the rear gardens. We were so well looked after throughout our stay - immaculate, efficient and warm service from reception staff, porters, waiters and restaurant managers and their teams. A truly memorable occasion which we will all cherish. A huge thank you to the Cliveden Team, including a particular thank you to Tina in the Cliveden Events Team for helping me plan and execute this special event over a two month period!
