Großartiger Service. Sehr, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Umgang der Mitarbeiter*innen mit uns als Gast. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich, wenn auch etwas teuer. Der Pool im 8. Stock ist der Hammer. Top Lage, um Berlin Mitte zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Berlin. The location is great. It is in walking distance to loads of restaurants, mall of Berlin and attractions like Brandenburg gate and Check point Charlie. There is a hop on, hop off stop nearby as well to get to attractions farther away. The service and hotel condition was very good as you would expect. As a nice added benefit, there was complimentary fruit which my wife and I enjoyed as an afternoon snack

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was amazing, food was great, and the service was terrific. Great stay in every way, and a great base for discovering the city and history of Berlin. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone with absolutely zero reservations. Walkable to museums, historic sites, and great restaurants (and they have a few great restaurants of their own). The bar is also fun and the bartenders are creative mixologists! If you are going to Berlin, stay here! You'll thank me later.

We had a lovely one-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin as a family of four. Since we needed two rooms, we booked two king standards and requested they be near each other — the staff kindly accommodated us with adjacent rooms (not connecting, but close enough for easy hallway access). The Balmain bath products were a luxurious touch, and I especially appreciated the bath salts after a long day of walking around the city. We arrived before check-in and were able to store our luggage with the front desk; by the time we returned in the evening, our bags were already delivered to the room along with a welcome plate of delicious cookies. Our kids were thrilled to receive thoughtful gift bags filled with a scratch coloring pad, lollipop, slippers, and shampoo — a great family-friendly touch. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, the U-Bahn, buses, and a high-end mall with great dining and shopping options. Overall, a warm, comfortable, and well-located stay — we'd happily return!

Very nice hotel, great location with the tube station within 10 minutes walk, with good facilities, very quiet location with shops and bars in close proximity, superb rooms, very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast selection with very helpful staff.
