Great room and quiet.
Great room and very quiet. Good coffee machine. Bathroom has good mirrors with proper lighting. Staff very friendly. Central location. View from window wasn’t great as looked into offices.

Pleasant Stay
My stay was very pleasant. We arrived early and the use of the club level lounge was available to us until our rooms were ready. The breakfast selection was vast. The staff were very helpful at reception and breakfast and the club level lounge.

flawless - beautiful stay
We spent a weekend at the Grand Hyatt Berlin as a couple, and everything was flawless from start to finish. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, professional, and truly welcoming. The spa area was spotless, calm, and incredibly relaxing – a perfect place to unwind. The Club Lounge snack and the breakfast were both excellent, with great variety and quality. Most of all, the staff made the difference: attentive, competent, and genuinely friendly in every department. A wonderful stay in every way – we left fully recharged and will definitely return!

Its the staff that make this place what it is
Just back from an amazing long weekend in Berlin. Flying into Brandenburg airport from Heathrow took just under 2hrs. The train journey into Central Berlin was straight forward, though due to engineering works, we took a walk to our hotel of just an hour. Saw loads of stuff we would otherwise have missed, and that gave us a good overview of what top take a closer look at.
