Lovely hotel in brilliant location
Our suite was very nice and spacious. Room was spotless throughout our stay. Service was excellent. The hotel is nicely situated for tourism.

A true five star experience!
A true five star experience! Friendly and service-minded reception staff with an attentive approach. The same applies for all the staff in the breakfast restaurant, especially the Head Waiter. He had an eye for details and the right aim at guest satisfaction. We will make sure to stay at The Mandala Hotel next time we visit Berlin!

Great location and lovely suite with good size balony
Great location for sightseeing and shopping (Berlin Mall very close, as are some of the must-see holocaust monuments). The suite was lovely, good for working - though it would have been better if there was a socket closer to the desk for computer etc, and for relaxing either in the lounge or balcony. If it had been south facing balcony it would be been perfect!

Historic & Prime Location
My wife and I enjoyed our four day stay at the Mandala Hotel. Important sites, museums, restaurants, and grocery stores were accessible easily on foot, public transport, or taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Corner room on the 9th floor offered impressive views of Potsdamer Platz.

Flawless
We recently stayed for 5 nights and we loved the hotel. We had an executive suite that was thoughtfully laid out and very comfortable. There is a nice bath, very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could possibly want. It was nice to have so much room in a city hotel. The staff (both the hotel and breakfast staff) were super. Breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had and we travel quite a bit. Fresh squeezed juice, great coffee and made to order eggs along with a nice buffet with quality products. Yummy!!!
