Not able to get a seat easily in the bar, even as a hotel guest. Not acceptable.
Very disappointed for the second night as a guest that we are not easily able to get a seat in the bar. We are yet again left waiting in a seated area outside the barbut unable to get a drink due to lack of staff. Concierge service is lacking too. Very disappointed as this used to be a great hotel.

Lived up to the name!
This property lived up to the name. The service was great. Anything I needed from extra towels to a phone charger, I got it. The room was immaculate. The location is prime as the metro is right across the street, restaurants outside your door, and shopping around the corner. Treat yourself.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Their commitment to guest comfort made my stay truly memorable. Special mention - Mandeep Kaur (Club Lounge), Gabriel Dollija (porter), and the person who impeccably cleaned the room, Nham.

Excellent hotel!
Stayed here during the holidays, and I loved every minute of it. From start to finish this stay was excellent. Room was super spacious and beautiful. I was surrounded by several things to do in the area, including one Christmas Market across the street which was fun. The service at the Ritz was excellent, and I'm looking to visit again during this holiday season!
