Majestic view
The room was ready upon arrival around 12:30 PM from a long transatlantic flight. The decor and condition of the room was impeccable. The staff was 5-stars and the view from our upgraded room was outstanding. The location is ideal to see old Bern by walk in a few hours.

I stayed here during a leisure/business trip, researching partner properties in Switzerland. Bellevue Palace has an exceptional location. The lobby and common areas are beautiful - with a traditional elegance. My room was lovely - it was fresh with great bathroom(s) and balcony with a stunning view. This would be my top choice for clients.

Perfect stay in a perfect location
Our 6 day stay at the Bellevue Palace was fantastic. Usefully located near the train station, breathtaking views, amazing bar/restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and great facilities. A superb base to explore Bern and Switzerland from.

I cannot say anything more positive about everything in this hotel. The location is great, it is a classic old school, beautiful hotel, and I have to say the staff can’t do enough to help you. I want to make special mention about.Maia and Sol at the front desk. They acted as they were our personal concierge. anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The rooms were large the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was your basic Swiss breakfast. If we ever come back to burn, this is the only place we would stay at. In fact just to give you an idea of their service, we stated we were going to go out for lunch before we left and they asked us if we would like to have our car packed with our luggage when we came back.
