Through NUA, I am awarded the good Suite room, One Bedroom Deluxe Suite, 63 sqm with separate living & dining area. The property, it's hardware itself, looks fancy and stylish, like LC style. However: No matter how the best Suite room is awarded to me, what good is it if the software is not so good? Let me forget all the mistakes the hotel made and focus on general details and the good things on the property. 1. Benefit for Platinum elite Welcome 1000 point or F&B credit for $35, each for 2 guests (so, in total $70 per night) The credit is only for the breakfast fir the day and is not accumulated. Free access to Fitness and Rooftop Pool. Complimentary shoe service. Compliematy upgrades upto Suite upon availability. There is no Executive Lounge. 2. Guest rooms 1 King or 2 Double: 36 sqm (+ Terrace) 1 Bedroom Suite: 45 sqm (1 King) 1 Deluxe Bedroom Suite (1 King or 2 Double): 63 sqm SLS Suite (1 King): 104 sqm 3. Dining The Nook - American and also for Breakfast with good atmosphere Wasp in a Wig - Californian Bar & restaurant with an unique, creative, fancy ambience like a fairy tale * Valet parking: available at US$ 70 daily. Staffs are friendly, doorman and the butler service is good.

I had a rough travel getting to the hotel and a minor issue checking in however Kaylee stepped in and changed the entire paradigm. She was a joy to work with. Pleasant and understanding, she was soothing to talk to. A natural talent with handling guests. My interaction with her changed the whole mood of my checkin process

The hotel was very conveniently located and we were able to get to where we needed rather efficiently. The hotel is expensive and charges for coffee in the morning, even for Bonvoy members. $70 day parking is not fun either. However the team was friendly and helpful!

The hotel is nice from the outside and inside, look modern, room are big and clean, have nice arts, also a great pool on top floor. It does tick all the boxes. However it is just a shell as the service are not as responsive, I stay there for 5 days and they never figure out their clogging issue on their shower and, the room toilet shower are badly designed. The room facing the street also have bad sound proofing and when we ask for exchange room, no one come back. The bar stop at 10.30pm. Amazing for international brand to close so early. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Location also not very strategic. Not many place nearby and not safe around

Location was great and every employee had a smile and was willing to help with anything needed. Rooms are well designed and all of the meals we had onsite were great!! Special shout out to Lexi and Titiana.
