This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the fantastic staff, high end amenities and great location. We would recommend to others and will likely stay there again. Upon check-in Jennifer was super accommodation and very welcoming. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman working the front desk the morning of our check out was also very helpful in assisting with a late check out. The hotel was very clean and modern. One small complaint would be the lack of in hotel food options around lunch, however given its location there are endless options. Lastly, the pool was a good size and had a cool vibe. Thanks for the great stay.

I have nothing but praise for the Sofitel. The room was spotless, food in the restaurant and room service was excellent, and best of all, every single employee I encountered was incredibly friendly. I called tonight to clarify some details of an upcoming reservation and spoke w/ George who told me they pride themselves on treating guests like family...and it shows.

Stayed here for one night memorial weekend. Wished we had an extra night. The hotel has valet parking and the parking was efficient. Emily checked us in, was helpful. Room was comfortable, bed and pillows comfortable and room extremely clean. A member of management was in the lift and again asked if there was anything he could do. Would stay again

They are always so kind to us We have been several times and will return again Thank you Arellano for the lovely fruit plate and afternoon tea I was recovering from a surgery at cedars and they welcome guest to recuperate there And the hotel is so elegant and convenient to shopping just across the street

I’ve been here a lot due to medical conditions and this is right next to Cedar Sinai. I love coming here, the attention to detail and the friendly staff keeps me coming back. Most importantly I must say Enrique and Debra have been phenomenal in making sure my stay is extra perfect. I could go on and on…5 stars!
