Mehr erwartet
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein schönes, grosses Zimmer. Der Preis ist für das was geboten wird ist sehr hoch für mich. Sprich, ich habe mehr erwartet. Dafür gibt es eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber und sie schauen auf die Umwelt. Leider hatten sie am ersten Abend keinen Platz mehr bei Ihnen im Restaurant. Am zweiten Abend bekamen wir Platz. Leider gibt es kein „a la carte“. Das essen war gut (54 Euro für drei Gänge). Der Saunabereich ist angenehm (Leider habe ich kein Kaltwasserbecken gesehen), lag sicher daran, dass ich keine Brille dabei hatte. Wenn ich wieder hingehe, werde ich mal das Angebot mit YOGA probieren.

Den Preis nicht mehr wert
Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, bei dem man an allem sieht, dass nichts mehr investiert wird. An allen Ecken sieht man leider, dass der Zahn der Zeit an dem Hotel seine Spuren hinterlassen hat. Es ist den Preis, den man verlangt, nicht wert. Schade…..

Wonderful Hotel, very relaxing
We stay for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The service was absolutely fantastic! Also, arriving with an electric vehicle was no problem at all. The spa war so very clean and not crowded at all. Even though we were there on the weekend, we were mostly alone in the sauna or whirlpool and were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain atmosphere to the fullest

A great place to feel good.
Excellent stay; everything was provided for, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is unpretentious, modern and very well-equipped, while not luxurious or particularly charming. It has abundant facilities and activities. Worth the trip. The bus system in the region is reliable, and from Bezau one can easily explore.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Ortsrandlage mit tollem Blick auf Wiesen und Berge. Es gibt den charmanten Altbau und den klaren und modernen Anbau, sie harmonisieren super. Alle waren unaufdringlich super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich super erholt!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Post & Susanne Kaufmann Spa. The food was fabulous as were the facilities. Spa treatments were excellent. Beautiful tennis courts and wonderful staff. The hotel is best suited for a relaxing vacation where you check in and enjoy your time right at the hotel.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Post & Susanne Kaufmann Spa - great food, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing spa and treatments. We also enjoyed touring the small villages in the area by bus, cable car and hiking. The wildflowers were all in bloom, and the cows with their bells were up the mountainside.
