The TV, air con and telephone in the room did not work. The cleanliness of the room was poor and there was a lack of towels each day. Was woken daily by the sounds of the lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very central.

Very close to all attractions in Bilbao is the Radisson hotel. Excellent services from personnel and beautiful rooms. Breakfast room was on 7th floor which is a bit too small. Food was excellent, but less space for taking food. Swimming pool was an additional charge of Eur 20, which should be included.

Exactly what you would expect from a large chain - reacted well to problems with our room being too hot when told. Great knowledgeable staff who were very helpful with maps directions and suggestions for visiting the city

Fantastic Stay in the centre of Bilbao for the Wholy week of Easter. Great value and fantastic room lighting. Enjoyed the short walk to main city points and loved the street where the hotel is located

Great hotel - centrally located, large rooms & lovely bathroom- very well priced for the location. Had a great rooftop bar, though service was very slow. Very helpful concierge & front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again. Probably wouldn’t have the breakfast again - quite expensive- much better options on the doorstep
