One of the best hotel we ever did, everything is perfect, there is a private beach, a pristine pool, 2 restaurants. This place is really quiet, you do not feel that they are other guests. There is a chef onsite who can cook for you. The food is delicious, the breakfast too. They put water in your room on a daily basis, same for the swimming pool, there is a basket with complimentary water waiting for you. The staff is kind, smiling and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

What a wonderful recent stay mid March 2024 at the Sanchaya! So good we changed our plans in nearby Singapore to return twice in one week! If it hadn't been for the Taylor Swift concert we wouldn't have gone back to Singapore! The experience of rest and relaxation begins as soon as you arrive at the VIP Bintan Island Ferry Terminal. Every member of staff (Artisans) we met was incredibly attentive to our needs. We were treated as if we were family arriving home. The property is beautifully designed with a great range of amenities in our room and on the estate. There are lots of activities to do as well as plenty of space for relaxation, the Blo Kart was great fun and the massage after was needed to relax before sunset. The food was exceptional! So good that we got recipes to take home to try! Thank you so much to Greg, Nawa, Madon, Fadil, Elma, Yohan, Agus, Didi, Fanji and everyone else we met on our stay. You made us feel at home in Paradise and memories to last for a lifetime! We hope to come back again next year.

We could only stay one night and it was not enough! Stunning property, fantastic food and well above average service. The staff were friendly , attentive and wonderful. Very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and serene property. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful resort and everything is just perfect. From the first we arrived, the staff treated us so well and really friendly. The villas feels like home, the food is not just fine but more than it. I would like to return again in the future and thank you for all of the staff!

We had an incredible stay here. It was two nights of relaxation and excellent service. They think of everything to make you stay the best it can be. We stayed in the Villa on the lagoon. It was lovely. Bug repellent was available as was sunscreen and aloe. The resorts filtrated water was provided in large glass bottles everywhere. We always had access to fresh water. Each night we found a treat in our room waiting for us. The robes were luxurious. The pool was stunning. We spent hours in it! The resort is small enough that you feel as though you have the entire place to yourself. The staff and service was outstanding. The private room at the ferry terminal, the car service and attention to detail was amazing. Loved it.
