Rixos Premium Bodrum

The Hotel is very nice, we were welcomed on our first day by five people to get our bags and help us getting checked in. The beach was also very nice and clean, and the service at the beach was also great. We got our towels straight away and got our drinks very quickly. The housekeeping was also great, getting the room done as we were getting breakfast. The best thing though is that you will be put in a WhatsApp Group with a Concierge, who in our case was Deniz and Berkan, who helps you with anything you might need in a very short amount of time, great service and always very nice.

Rixos Bodrum was an excellent experience overall. We were lucky with the weather — it was sunny and warm throughout our stay, perfect for enjoying both the beach and the sports facilities. Booking tennis sessions was incredibly easy and stress-free. The courts were in great condition, and all the necessary equipment was provided for us, which made everything very convenient. We also had a great time playing volleyball; the hotel made it simple to join or organize games, and again, everything we needed was ready and available without hassle. The beach at Rixos Bodrum was truly outstanding — clean, well-maintained, and with plenty of comfortable loungers and shaded spots. The sea was calm and inviting, making it ideal for both relaxing and swimming. The overall service at the resort was top-notch. Staff members were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special highlight of our stay was our personal assistant Deniz. She did a fantastic job from start to finish. Deniz was incredibly professional, approachable, and always just a message away whenever we had a request or question. She made our stay even more enjoyable by taking care of all the little details. Thanks to her support, we felt truly taken care of throughout the whole trip.

Everything was very good so far and all the facilities around the resort were amazing. Our assistants, Asya and Atakan, were impeccable! Anything we needed they were there for us 24/7. And also, thanks to our WhatsApp group where they shared all the informations we had to know daily, we had the possibility anytime to ask questions or doubts about our stay. Thanks a lot !
