This is an excellent resort. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were relaxed throughout our stay as all aspects of transportation, excursions, dinner reservations, etc. were handled seamlessly and in a low stress manner. Truly a visit to "paradise". It has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth and we have traveled to many countries and exotic resorts. The various colors of the water is the lagoon is nothing shy of amazing. We have been there three (3) times and it just gets more beautiful. The overwater bungalows with pool are very spacious, comfortable, and private. The resort offers a great variety of restaurants and activities of all kinds. Every member of the staff (office, housekeeping, restaurant, etc.) are gracious and so very pleasant. They all seem to enjoy their jobs but maybe that's because they live and work in paradise. The service level at the Four Seasons Bora Bora is impeccable - truly 1st class!

Four Seasons Bora Bora was hit and miss for us. The grounds are incredible, and the resort activities were fun; we did the lagoon snorkeling tour and crown making class. Also, while the staff was very responsive and accommodating, they're wasnt great commmications among themselves. We were told our room would have a microwave, it did not when we arrived. Ordered take out food from the pool bar by phone, and there was no record of it when picking up. Other issues we had: Incomplete cleaning of the room on some days, dining staff taking plates and utencils away without asking or replacing, running out of beach towels, mysterious room charges, among other problems that me and my wife did not expect from a 5 star hotel. The best part of our stay was our babysitter, Maja, who did an amazing job with our 18 month old daughter. Our daughter is normally shy with strangers, but she loved Maja.

We arrived at the the resort April 20th for our son’s wedding to his love. Our every imagined need or desire was granted even without asking. The grounds are the loveliest we had ever seen. The room over the lagoon was breathtaking & comfortable as our home for the next few days. Golf cart Ubers were appreciated. The food was exotic & unforgettable. The staff is always helpful & enjoyable. The hotel provided the most beautiful romantic wedding on the motu. The reception & entertainment was over the top of any expectations. One of the greatest experiences we've had in our world travels over the years. The Four Seasons Bora-Bora experience was everything we hoped and anticipated. Can't adequately describe the beauty of the location coupled with the world-class accommodations and amenities. The Four Seasons resort was better than advertised We could have stayed right in the resort's fascinatingly beautiful lagoon and been more than fulfilled. The staff were simply lovely and professional. We'll be back again, sooner than later. Highest recommendation.
