Oh this was just our favorite of the three hotels we stayed at. The staff just went over and above and beyond for everyone. They transport you back and forth between your room, and the dock / general area at any time. You can only get to this hotel by boat. Be sure to check out their wonderful and the secret garden of love where you can seal your love with a lock. Venture Tahiti made this a trip of a lifetime. They took care of everything, flights, tours, transfers and all went flawlessly. They made this so easy and we plan to use them again. All of our appreciation to the staff at Venture Tahiti for this trip of a lifetime. THANK YOU!!!!

This resort was a wonderful second half of our honeymoon. Venture Tahiti booked us a great trip and had some excellent recommendations to enhance our visit. The staff here made us feel like celebrities. The landscaping was tropical and beautiful, really picturesque. We had a nice honeymoon surprise in our room at check-in as well as other unexpected little surprises throughout our stay. We stayed in an overwater villa with a spectacular view of Mount Otemanu. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and had plenty of natural light and perfect turquoise water views from all angles. We enjoyed some rays and fish that swam under our glass top coffee table. Jumping into the ocean off the terrace was so fun! The food was expensive but delicious. We spent half of a day at the spa and enjoyed their amenities and an excellent massage. Drinks next to the pool were a fun way to cool down. We got lucky with near perfect weather and really got to enjoy activities and the resort. We look forward to coming back here!

For my 60th birthday, which is on Christmas Day, we booked a weeklong vacation at the Intercontinental pho resort and spa in Bora Bora, and it was amazing! We used a tour company called Venture Tahiti Out of Florida, even though we live in Los Angeles and we booked through John Steiner and Keith. They were both very clear with all the instructions and excellent guidance on everything we needed to know and we're very responsive as well. As for the hotel experience, it was fantastic with only two negative comments...1. The pizza oven was broken during our stay, so Family friendly choices were few and far between and a burger was $50 US! The second issue was the fact that when you want to watch a movie in your bungalow, you actually have to go to the front desk and look through DVDs and check them out and check out a DVD player and then bring it back to your room to hook it all up to a movie because they don't have any streaming ability!! Besides that, the staff at the hotel were so friendly and nice, and the grounds were beautiful, and we had the best view of Mount Otemanu in Bora Bora!

We had a wonderful week at the Thalasso last month. One of the most serene and beautiful places we have been. Our over-the-water bungalow was extremely clean & well-appointed and had fantastic views of Mt. Otemanu. Highly recommend the Bora Bora Bliss massage in the over-the-water spa room with Marina (she is amazing/request her if you can -- book spa treatments prior to arrival if you want specific times). We loved the all-day in/out privileges at the spa on the days of our appointments. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet -- a big thank you to Albertine and Maire who greeted us each morning with their big smiles and wonderful hospitality. For dinner, we actually preferred the food at Sands over the Reef. We also enjoyed Le Corail for a special dinner on our last night. Room service was very good -- the set-up on our deck was lovely and allowed us to enjoy the views in the privacy of our bungalow. The concierges were great in helping us set up some excursions -- highly recommend the 1/2 day snorkeling tour with sharks and rays. Also a big thank you to Juliette and Maxim for helping us change our Air Tahiti flight to slightly later in the day, so we didn't have such a long layover in Tahiti on our return home. We loved the Lagoonarium where the fish just come up to you. They sell fish food at the gift shop for you to use in the Lagoonarium. Based on others' recommendations, we brought some floatie rafts and rope to tie to our dock. We brought them to the pool, and the pool guys were nice enough to blow them up for us and deliver them back to our bungalow. Upon our departure, we gave them to another family for them to enjoy. Overall, we highly recommend the Thalasso and look forward to returning one day soon!

This is one of the finest resorts I’ve visited. The property is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and the food is fantastic. We enjoyed the excellent live entertainment, beautiful pool and amenities, and relaxing bars and restaurants. The location is great, and the inner lagoon for kayaking and snorkeling is ideal. Lastly, the rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The Thalasso was a perfect escape, and we can’t wait to return.
