Beautiful property inside and out with an extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Room was very clean and quiet. Well appointed and excellent bedding. Splurge on the breakfast buffet and prepare to be overwhelmed by the choices. Drinks on the rooftop bar was interesting but not a must do

Room: nice but in reality a garret, with ceiling at 2.2 m and small windows, locked. Food not worth a 5 star hotel; quality of food (at breakfast) decisively low. Almost everywhere (jams, biscquits, cakes, juices) the first ingredient is "sugar". The chef in not able to cook even 2 sunny side eggs. N|The only nice thing: the pool, small but elegant.

The lady at reception whose name stats with H( ı forgot the name) was so helpful, nice , polite. Also the general manager of the hotel who came to mu room for the problem I had was so nice and polite, all the people at the restaurant are great.the only problem I had was with my room, my room had a very small window which was high so I couldn’t see outside and I felt clostrofobic. The pool area is a little bit cold. It needs to be more warm. Hotel is in the very centre at a very great location.if I come here again, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Positives: Classic hotel in a great spot Across from the Opera, at the cross section of all the trams. On the best streets. Nice bar area. Negatives: our room was small and an odd configuration. We had to do up and down three set of stairs to get to our room from the elevators. Breakfast ok

Such a fun lunch on the terrace at the Intercontinental Hotel! Bapiste was wonderful, recommending a fabulous wine to go with our steak tartare, oysters & white asparagus! Great spot to enjoy people watching! Amazing experience, MERCI!!
