Located in one of Boston's oldest neighborhoods, Battery Wharf Hotel is a collection of four buildings and offers a fresh and contemporary alternative to the city's more traditional hotels. With a smaller number of rooms, the hotel is more like a boutique urban retreat, evoking a residential feel. Guest chambers are designed to make the most of the waterfront location, while high-tech amenities are there for added convenience. The hotel is home to the AAA Four-Diamond Award-winning Sensing restaurant, an epicurean experience featuring a global menu of entrées that are creatively plated and prepared. Imbibing takes place in the Lobby Living Room, which sets the stage for conversation and impromptu toasts in a lounge-like setting.

Overall ok parking and dining staff were wonderful. They were funny helpful and great conversations. I was hoping for more understanding at leaving regarding my sleeping options.

Not worth the money, front desk employees were rude and couldn’t be to help the guest. You book a certain type of room, they stick you in another and tell you they won’t accommodate or even check to see what they can do for you

It’s a very nice hotel, clean and in a good location. My only complaint is we were there for a birthday weekend, When we checked in we even saw our name and “bday” next to it. I am not one to expect anything, but every other hotel I’ve stayed in at least put a banner on the door. I guess we were disappointed in the lack on acknowledgment. Why ask if you are celebrating something special when booking the hotel? Anyway, don’t come here if you’re celebrating something lol otherwise it’s a very nice hotel.

Be careful, they will bill you for services not rendered. We were billed for three nights parking when we taxied in and ubered out. I brought the concern to the attention of the frontdesk and they still did not correct the issue.

This hotel is way way way below an average hotel. From getting stuck in the elevator to the staff treating me like it was my fault to no valet for SUVs and I woke up Two bugs all in the bathroom. I’ve been to many many many hotels in the Boston area and this is equivalent to a best western. Do not stay at this hotel. I have the videos of the bugs all over the floor to prove it fighting to get my money back
